  • Unfortunately I currently do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes. I want to ensure that your orders are delivered securely and on time, which is why I require a physical address for shipping. If you have any concerns or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.

  • I'm unable to include personal notes with orders at this time. Since my printing process is handled remotely by my awesome team of fine art printers, I don't have the capability to add personalized notes, as much as I’d love to sometimes. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!

  • Our prints are available in the full range of standard sizes ranging from A4 up to A0. (Nice and easy to find framing for :)

    • A0: 33.1 × 46.8 inches

    • A1: 23.4 × 33.1 inches

    • A2: 16.5 × 23.4 inches

    • A3: 11.7 × 16.5 inches

    • A4: 8.3 × 11.7 inches

  • Yes, absolutely can track your order! If you’re in Aotearoa or Australia, simply send me a direct message (DM) or email, and I'll be happy to provide you with the tracking information as required. International order tracking info will always be sent.

  • Returns/Refund Policy

    Please note, I unfortunately don’t offer refunds if you have change your mind since all prints are made to order, just for you. :)

    However, if your item arrives defective or if I’ve made a mistake with your order, I’ll refund or replace it with the same design or another of equal value, totally up to you.

    Replacements:

    • If you need a replacement, contact me within 7 days of delivery via the contact form, and include a photo of the issue once I've replied. I’ll handle it from there.
